Our approach and scope
Astra-via is working to make this public website accessible in line with the Israeli service accessibility regulations and Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA. This statement covers the journey, Philosophy, Our team, demo introduction, reading view and information pages. It describes implemented features and current limitations; it is not an independent certification of complete compliance.
Browsing options
- Choose Reduce motion in the navigation to stop the animated presentation. The journey becomes a normal reading page and Philosophy’s background becomes static.
- The site respects your operating system’s reduced-motion setting. Short viewports also use the reading presentation to support zoom and landscape browsing.
- Reading view contains every story chapter and its explanatory text, without fixed visual scenes.
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and buttons; use Enter to activate links, and Enter or Space for buttons. A visible focus outline and a skip link help keyboard navigation.
- Headings, navigation landmarks and language attributes provide structure. Decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers; explanations are available as selectable HTML text.
- Use your browser’s text size and zoom settings. Information pages reflow, including their Hebrew sections. No audio, flashing effects or timed tasks are used.
Review and limitations
The site has an immersive visual version as well as a separate reading version. The reading view is recommended if fixed backgrounds or visual transitions interfere with reading. We continue to review keyboard navigation, narrow screens and text reflow. A full independent accessibility audit and testing with a range of assistive technologies have not yet been completed. Third-party source websites are outside our control.
Contact and alternative formats
For accessibility assistance or to report a barrier, email support@astra-via.com, our current accessibility contact channel. If possible, include the page URL, the task you attempted, your browser/device and the format or assistance you need. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will review the report and discuss a suitable way to provide the information.
